For fans of wellness and sensory activities, holidays are also the right time to enjoy a wellness experience for body and mind. An experience suitable both for those who are already passionate about the discipline and for those who are in the mood for something new or simply want to rediscover themselves. Immersed in the scenic citrus garden of Corte Cucciata, we will rediscover the practice of Yoga with a meeting that will allow calm, motor flexibility and psycho-physical balance to flow.
The experience includes a Yoga meeting for a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 8, lasting 1 hour and 30 minutes.
